About the role

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the achievement of the performance KPIs for your portfolio by maintaining continuous monitoring and implementing corrective actions when necessary;
  • Ensure clear and effective communication between the network of franchisees and the franchisor, guaranteeing efficient information exchange and alignment of objectives;
  • Ensure the franchisor's execution standards are met by making sure processes and procedures are followed according to established standards;
  • Implement and ensure execution of action plans to improve results, identifying optimization opportunities and driving team performance;
  • Identify operational improvements that deliver tangible results, promoting process efficiency and effectiveness;
  • Size the store team and conduct salary analysis to ensure adequacy and operational efficiency;
  • Plan and deliver training for the team to support professional development and process standardization;
  • Conduct product mix analyses and identify opportunities to reduce stockouts and capture lost sales opportunities;
  • Promote local marketing initiatives, collaborating with franchisees to boost brand presence and sales in their regions;
  • Perform competitor analyses to identify market trends and improvement opportunities;
  • Identify opportunities for expansion or relocation, participating in validation of new sites and revenue expectations;
  • Support the follow-up of new store openings, providing guidance to ensure standardization and the success of new ventures;
  • Act as the primary interface between the franchisee and the franchisor, providing support and assistance on all franchise operation matters;
  • Monitor Customer Service (SAC), ensuring quality service and effective resolution of customer issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields, with experience in commercial roles;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: advanced Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and persuasive presentations;
  • Preferred experience with Business Intelligence tools for data analysis and strategic decision-making;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Ability to analyze performance data, identify trends, and develop strategies to achieve result KPIs;
  • Leadership experience and ability to motivate and guide teams in implementing action plans and improving results;
  • Certifications in business management, franchising, or related courses are a plus;
  • Proven experience in business consulting, sales management, or similar roles, with a track record of successful action plan implementation and result improvements.
