About the role

  • Lift Service Engineer at KONE servicing and repairing various lifts across Norwich and nearby areas. Requires NVQ3 in Lift Engineering and strong customer skills.

Responsibilities

  • Service and complete minor repairs on a variety of lifts
  • Cover Norwich, King 's Lynn, Wisbech and Thetford
  • Participate in a call-out rota (1 in 4-5 weeks)

Requirements

  • NVQ3 in Lift Engineering
  • Experience of working with Lifts
  • Strong customer skills
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Excellent health and safety knowledge is essential for this role
