About the role

  • Project Coordinator for outbound fairs supporting international project tasks in Köln. Coordinating marketing concepts and collaborating with various departments for exhibits globally.

Responsibilities

  • Internal project management in coordination with project partners and departments
  • Support in creating marketing concepts and conducting market analyses
  • Management of associations, market partners and key accounts
  • Preparation of registration documents and catalog content
  • Advising exhibitors regarding their trade fair participation

Requirements

  • Completed commercial (business) vocational training
  • Professional experience in a commercial/administrative role
  • Excellent MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Independent and structured working style
  • Strong intercultural competence
  • Knowledge of an additional foreign language
  • Good knowledge of SAP (R/3, CRM and BW)
