About the role

  • Project Coordinator assisting with marketing concepts and project management for Anuga FoodTec. Based in Cologne with up to 50% mobile work.

Responsibilities

  • Support in developing the marketing concept, e.g., market and competitor research, presentations, etc.
  • Support in preparing the medium-term plan and the project control plan
  • Support for internal project management and coordination with associations, market partners, and key accounts
  • Correspondence, appointment scheduling and office organization
  • Organization of association and committee matters as well as the service center during events
  • Post-event follow-up (settlement/invoicing) of trade fairs
  • Preparation and compilation of exhibitor lists
  • Preparation and management of registration documents, forms, catalog content, and sponsor acquisition for special projects

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training and professional experience in a commercial/administrative role
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Subject matter and market expertise in the food & beverage (F&B) industry
  • Knowledge of an additional European language
  • Good knowledge of SAP (ERP and BW/BI) as well as SAP Sales Cloud
