Responsibilities
Project responsibility for managing and implementing an intranet
Coordination of all project stakeholders (IT, corporate communications, HR, external service providers, business units)
Development of a roadmap for rollout, training, content, change measures and technical milestones
Support in implementing appropriate governance and content processes
Monitoring of project progress and reporting to project control and executive management
Research, creation, editing and target-group specific deployment of texts and content (articles, employee information, language guidelines, intranet landing pages, newsletters, etc.)
Further development of the existing channel mix and establishment of new tools for digital internal communication
Continuous optimization of the intranet after go-live (usability, features, content, KPIs)
Management of external agencies and service providers
Requirements
University degree with a focus on communications, e.g., communication studies, business or media studies, journalism
Several years of substantive professional experience in editorial work, agency and/or corporate communications
Strong analytical and conceptual skills
Assertiveness, persuasiveness and empathy
Structured, efficient way of working
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Editorial (journalistic) experience
Good written and spoken English
Comprehensive knowledge of common communication technologies and tools
Practical experience with the newsroom principle or in integrated, cross-channel communication such as PR, advertising and social media
