About the role
- IT Inhouse Consultant translating strategic finance requirements into actionable initiatives for Knauf Group. Collaborating on software applications and driving finance-related system optimization.
Responsibilities
- Translate strategic finance business requirements into actionable initiatives, including system configuration, design tasks, and collaboration with Product Management and Solution Architecture.
- Conduct in-depth data analyses to identify trends and insights that support strategic decisions, improve product and service outcomes, and enable process optimization across cross-functional teams.
- Customize, maintain, and further develop software applications, ensuring effective technical support, troubleshooting, documentation, and user training.
- Drive the implementation and optimization of key finance systems such as SAP FI, SAP DRC (e-Invoicing), eBanking, Travel Expense, and Invoice Management solutions.
- Support Operations Engineering in resolving complex finance incidents by contributing innovative, efficient, and sustainable solutions.
Requirements
- Experience with S/4HANA is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to design future-proof finance architectures across cloud and on-premises environments.
- Excellent communication skills to create impact and foster alignment.
