About the role

Responsibilities
- Administration of Cisco Catalyst switches and the Cisco WLC (Wireless LAN Controller) environment
- Administration and support of the network environment
- Administration and support of telephony systems (Avaya/Ascom)
- Problem-solving processes in 2nd and 3rd level support
- Active and conceptual participation in projects related to IT service operations
- Implementing and monitoring IT security measures
- Documentation and adapting our systems to the latest requirements
- Monitoring the IT infrastructure and system availability using the established monitoring system PRTG
- Coordination of external service providers
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in IT (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration) or equivalent qualification
- Ideally: solid professional experience
- Experience managing networks (Cisco ISE/Catalyst Center) and telecommunications systems
- Basic knowledge of MDM (Mobile Device Management)
- Problem-solving, independent working style
- Strong hands-on mentality and excellent communication skills
- Willingness to continuously learn new things
- Team player with a high willingness to cooperate
