Responsibilities
Administration of Cisco Catalyst switches and the Cisco WLC (Wireless LAN Controller) environment
Administration and support of the network environment
Administration and support of telephony systems (Avaya/Ascom)
Problem-solving processes in 2nd and 3rd level support
Active and conceptual participation in projects related to IT service operations
Implementing and monitoring IT security measures
Documentation and adapting our systems to the latest requirements
Monitoring the IT infrastructure and system availability using the established monitoring system PRTG
Coordination of external service providers
Requirements
Completed vocational training in IT (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration) or equivalent qualification
Ideally: solid professional experience
Experience managing networks (Cisco ISE/Catalyst Center) and telecommunications systems
Basic knowledge of MDM (Mobile Device Management)
Problem-solving, independent working style
Strong hands-on mentality and excellent communication skills
Willingness to continuously learn new things
Team player with a high willingness to cooperate
