About the role

  • IT Network Administrator responsible for managing network infrastructures and providing 2nd/3rd level support at a regional healthcare facility. Collaborating on IT projects and ensuring system security and availability.

Responsibilities

  • Administration of Cisco Catalyst switches and the Cisco WLC (Wireless LAN Controller) environment
  • Administration and support of the network environment
  • Administration and support of telephony systems (Avaya/Ascom)
  • Problem-solving processes in 2nd and 3rd level support
  • Active and conceptual participation in projects related to IT service operations
  • Implementing and monitoring IT security measures
  • Documentation and adapting our systems to the latest requirements
  • Monitoring the IT infrastructure and system availability using the established monitoring system PRTG
  • Coordination of external service providers

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in IT (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration) or equivalent qualification
  • Ideally: solid professional experience
  • Experience managing networks (Cisco ISE/Catalyst Center) and telecommunications systems
  • Basic knowledge of MDM (Mobile Device Management)
  • Problem-solving, independent working style
  • Strong hands-on mentality and excellent communication skills
  • Willingness to continuously learn new things
  • Team player with a high willingness to cooperate
