Digital Media Designer creating visual assets for renewable energy solutions. Collaborating with teams to enhance brand perception through design and videography.
Responsibilities
You make our brand shine: Together with a colleague you are responsible for designing and further developing visual assets for our websites, landing pages, online marketplaces, performance campaigns, packaging, and blog posts.
You turn our webshop into a visual experience: You create audience-appropriate image selections for our website, combining visual aesthetics with strong brand presence.
You ensure a smart digital presence and a clear visual language: You edit image material and make sure our product presentations are always brand-compliant, professional, and consistent.
You contribute to building and maintaining design systems, templates, and asset structures.
Communication is key: You work closely with the Visual Design team, E‑Commerce, Partnerships, management, and external partners.
Videography & editing — creative project execution: When needed, you lead the conception, production, and editing of video projects — from shooting with camera and gimbal and targeted lighting setups to optional drone footage for outdoor shoots and studio work.
Requirements
You combine technical know-how with creative sensibility: Tools such as Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere, and Figma are your toolkit, ideally complemented by experience with AI tools.
Formal background is not decisive: Whether you trained as a media designer or studied graphic design is fine with us.
You understand what good digital design looks like: You bring a confident sense for brand management, typography, layout, and visual trends in a dynamic environment, and ideally have experience with video/film.
You want to both design and execute: You contribute your own ideas and enjoy conceptual and strategic thinking, but above all you take pleasure in driving projects forward and implementing them in day-to-day work.
You work solution-oriented and independently: You speak up when you need something, tackle issues when they arise, and try out better ideas — and you are an absolute team player.
Benefits
Help shape the future of sustainable energy: You will receive responsibility, space for your ideas, and the chance to make real impact.
We want to grow together: We rely on a strong sense of "we" and a friendly team culture with flat hierarchies, open communication, and short decision-making paths — values we live in everyday work and at team events.
Room for your ideas: You will be part of a team where your ideas are heard and needed, allowing you to contribute and shape things actively.
Work–life balance matters: Flexible working hours with core hours from 10:00–14:00, 2 days of home office per week, 28 days of vacation, 5 workation days per year, and your birthday off.
We care about your health and future: We support you in staying fit and healthy — receive a subsidy for Wellpass and a company pension plan, 5 paid child sick days, and exclusive discounts on our products.
A workplace to feel good in: Modern, light-filled offices with cool design, height-adjustable desks, and a phenomenal roof terrace for relaxing and exchanging ideas.
