About the role

  • Avant-vente Responsable producing winning proposals and leading responses cycle at Klee Group, a digital solutions company. Engaging with clients and collaborating internally to ensure cohesive propositions.

Responsibilities

  • Produce winning proposals
  • Manage the entire responses cycle
  • Analyze tenders and RFPs
  • Participate in proposal presentations / bid defenses
  • Carefully review tenders (AO) and RFPs
  • Identify opportunities, risks and specific requirements
  • Lead client meetings
  • Collaborate with technical and commercial teams
  • Ensure compliance with client requirements and quality of written proposals
  • Contribute to risk analysis and cost estimation
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity

Requirements

  • Master’s degree (Bac+5) or equivalent
  • At least 8 years’ proven experience in a similar role
  • Strong IT background
  • Project management skills
  • Experience working within multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
