About the role

  • Junior Sales Manager role for Klassik Radio focusing on client development and negotiation. Offering training and support for recent graduates or career changers in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Even during an intensive onboarding period, you will build your own client base through proactive outreach and telephone-based new customer acquisition, thereby identifying customer potential
  • You demonstrate negotiation skills at C-level, interacting confidently with owners, managing directors and decision-makers on an equal footing
  • Your day-to-day work is characterized by engaging customer research, new customer acquisition, and efficient client meetings via video calls

Requirements

  • You are a recent graduate or career changer looking to build a career
  • Completed commercial vocational training, a degree, or an equivalent qualification
  • Initial professional experience in sales, retail, or promotion is an advantage
  • You enjoy negotiations and sales conversations and welcome the challenge of cold calling
  • With your communication skills and outgoing manner you convince customers to collaborate
  • You are determined and results-oriented in your working style
  • You can work independently while still being a team player
  • Business-fluent German language skills, spoken and written
