About the role
- Site Service Engineer maintaining STILL forklifts and other material handling equipment at customer sites. Involves fault diagnosis and preventative maintenance across various equipment types.
Responsibilities
- Find, diagnose, and rectify faults on STILL forklifts and other material handling equipment at customer sites
- Undertake preventative maintenance on forklifts
- Work with a variety of equipment including small pallet trucks, IC trucks, VNA trucks, and automated trucks
Requirements
- Experience in at least one of the following areas: Mechanical engineering, Electrical engineering, Hydraulics
- NVQ level 3 (or equivalent) qualification preferred, although this is not essential
- IT literate and able to use latest technology to keep accurate records and place orders
- Must hold a full UK driving license
- Good communication skills to liaise with customers and internal colleagues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Take pride in work and complete tasks to the highest standard
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Positive and can-do attitude
- Flexibility to adapt to the changing needs of the role
