Responsibilities
- Design and develop complex mechatronic products from concept through release
- Create, model, and modify parts and sub-systems using Siemens NX
- Lead and participate in design reviews and continuous product improvement initiatives
- Support manufacturing, quality, procurement, operations, sales, and installation teams
- Plan and support low- to medium-complexity product development projects
- Apply applicable engineering standards and tools (UL, CE, AWS, GD&T, FEA, PLM)
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the design and development of industrial equipment or machinery
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering required; professional license is mandatory
- Proficient in 3D CAD modeling and drafting, preferably using Siemens NX
- Strong understanding and application of engineering standards such as UL, CE, and AWS throughout the product development process
- Experience using GD&T, FEA, and familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools; Teamcenter experience is a strong plus
- Communicates effectively in English and Spanish
- Mexican passport and US tourist VISA required
