About the role
- Data Analyst role specializing in optimizing data products and analytical strategies for KIND. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance business intelligence and data reporting.
Responsibilities
- Optimize and further develop the analysis strategy of our data products with an omnichannel approach
- Further develop funnel and competitive analyses to support Sales, Marketing and digital products
- Design and produce regular reports, presentations and ad-hoc analyses, derive clear recommendations for action and consolidate management information
- Close collaboration with Data Engineers, software developers and stakeholders
- Audience-appropriate visualization using dashboards
Requirements
- Professional experience in data analytics, business intelligence and/or statistics
- Solid knowledge of data-processing programming languages (Python, R), SQL and BI solutions (Power BI)
- Experience tackling complex analytical problems
- Ability to independently identify and highlight optimization potential
- Analytical and conceptual mindset with a strong focus on innovation and solution orientation
- Team player with strong communication skills and assertiveness
- Good German language skills at B2 level, ideally C1
- Desirable: experience with statistical modeling, cloud technologies (Microsoft Azure), web analytics tools (Google Analytics), server-side tracking, DevOps, data governance
