About the role
- Data Analytics Intern supporting innovative AI services for production processes at BMW Group. Collaborating on applications, prototyping, and data analytics solutions from concept to operation.
Responsibilities
- You support the development of innovative applications and contribute to the design of prototypes.
- In addition, together with our process specialists, you contribute to the development and management of data analytics and AI solutions from the initial idea through to operational deployment.
- You will further deepen your knowledge of modern data analytics technologies such as AWS QuickSight.
- You will also work independently on tasks and receive regular feedback from your supervisor.
Requirements
- Enrolled in a degree program in Computer Science, Engineering, or a comparable field with a focus on Data Science or AI.
- Solid experience with Python and AI methods, including Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and related approaches.
- Experience with cloud technologies and, ideally, knowledge of containerization and CI/CD.
- Experience with design tools and front-end development.
- Familiarity with modern web technologies such as Angular.
- Business-fluent German and English.
