About the role
- Senior Production Support / DevOps Engineer at Keyrus managing Java-based platforms and ensuring reliability and performance. Collaborating with development teams and managing cloud operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide production support for business-critical applications, ensuring availability, performance, and reliability.
- Work closely with Java development teams to support application troubleshooting, including log analysis and root cause investigation.
- Support and monitor REST APIs and distributed application components.
- Operate and support applications deployed on Azure Kubernetes (AKS).
- Manage and support cloud services on Microsoft Azure , including:
- Support Snowflake environments for data access and operational troubleshooting.
- Perform Unix/Linux operational tasks and environment-level troubleshooting.
- Execute and support DevOps processes , including deployments, releases, and environment validation.
- Implement and use monitoring and observability practices to proactively identify incidents.
- Handle incidents, service requests, and changes using ServiceNow.
- Manage batch processing and scheduling activities using Control-M.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of strong experience in Production Support / DevOps roles within enterprise environments.
- Hands-on experience supporting Java applications , including troubleshooting and log analysis.
- Solid knowledge of Unix/Linux systems.
- Experience supporting APIs and service-based architectures.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Azure , including:
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with Snowflake.
- Good understanding of DevOps practices and operational workflows.
