About the role
- IT Administrator developing and managing Kubernetes-based infrastructure for a FinTech company. Collaborating with development teams to ensure stable operations and CI/CD pipeline maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Operation and development of the Kubernetes-based infrastructure
- Maintenance of CI/CD pipelines in GitLab
- Manage infrastructure as code with Terraform / OpenTofu and implement GitOps principles
- Monitor systems with Prometheus and Grafana, set up alerting, and analyze incidents
- Administration of Linux servers and cloud resources
- Close collaboration with development teams on deployment, infrastructure, and operations
- Responsibility for projects or sub-areas and documentation of work for knowledge transfer
Requirements
- Vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration (Fachinformatiker Systemintegration) or equivalent qualification
- Experience with Linux administration
- Knowledge of container technologies, ideally Kubernetes
- Understanding of the concepts behind CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code and GitOps
- Interest in monitoring and observability
- Fluent German and good English skills
