Responsibilities
Serve as the primary bridge between Marketing, Technology, and global stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clarity in deliveries.
Write user stories, define acceptance criteria, and manage the backlog in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Produce and maintain functional and technical documentation in Confluence.
Prioritize requests considering business impact, roadmap, and data governance principles.
Support the implementation of the new Loyalty platform (Maxxing).
Coordinate the implementation of Braze as the marketing automation solution.
Collaborate with squads and global teams to build the Single Customer View.
Interface with ecosystems and platforms such as: GCP (Data Platform), SFCC (Website) and Zanthus (POS).
Requirements
Proven experience as a Product Owner in MarTech, CRM, Loyalty or Marketing Automation.
Strong experience in backlog management, data governance and stakeholder management.
Experience with MarTech stacks: data platforms, loyalty engines, marketing automation tools.
Practical knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum).
Must be available to work in a hybrid model, 2x/week on-site in the South Zone of São Paulo.
Advanced English.
