About the role

  • Consultant Avant-Vente Microsoft supporting commercial functions in the context of high-level service and advice at Absys Cyborg. Engaging in client needs analysis and offering tailored solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Provide methodological and technical support to sales teams throughout the various stages of the sales process.
  • Participate in gathering and analyzing the needs of clients and prospects.
  • Propose solutions tailored to clients' business challenges.
  • Draft technical response dossiers for consultations and calls for tender (RFPs).
  • Support and deliver solution demonstrations to clients and prospects.
  • Attend trade shows and conferences to maintain technological and competitive intelligence.
  • Assist marketing teams in producing sales enablement materials.

Requirements

  • Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related field (Bac+5).
  • Proven experience providing technical support to commercial activities (pre-sales or project management).
  • Ideally experienced at a software vendor or within an IT services company in a Microsoft environment.
  • Technical skills combined with an understanding of clients' business challenges.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP and related solutions such as Power Platform, AI (Copilot), Azure, and Microsoft 365.
  • Ability to work across the full range of the offering, bringing a technological perspective to functional responses.
  • Analyze and develop technical-functional solutions that meet clients' expectations.
  • Strong written documentation skills and excellent interpersonal abilities during presentation and negotiation phases.
