Responsible for building and expanding the Pharma / Medical Technology & Health Care segment
Developing innovative ideas and strategies to achieve growth targets
Structured, targeted, and professional acquisition of new clients
Developing strategies based on market observation and implementing them
Managing existing clients and establishing collaborations at the management level
Responsible for managing (inter)national mandates
Brand ambassador for KEYPLAYER and filling high-profile positions
Requirements
At least five to ten years of operational professional experience in the Pharma / Medical Technology & Health Care industry or in a consultancy specialized in this segment
Recognized and well-networked as a top manager in the segment with a personal affinity for business development
Alternatively, long-standing experience in a senior recruitment consultancy (interim and/or executive search) in the segment
Strategic foresight for expanding the Business Development segment
A structured, conscientious working style and entrepreneurial thinking and acting
A professional, representative demeanor
