Responsibilities
- Responsible for establishing and expanding the Pharma / Medical Technology & Health Care segment
- Develop innovative ideas and strategies to achieve growth targets
- Structured, targeted and professional acquisition of new clients
- Develop and implement strategies based on market observations
- Manage existing clients and develop collaboration at the management level
- Lead recruitment/search processes for (inter)national mandates
- Conduct targeted interviews with managers and executives
- Act as a brand ambassador for KEYPLAYER and inspire clients by filling high-profile positions
- Expand the adviser board for the segment and coordinate with advisers
Requirements
- Minimum five to ten years of operational professional experience in the Pharma / Medical Technology & Health Care industry or in a consultancy specialized in this segment
- Alternatively, many years of experience in a senior recruitment consultancy (interim and/or executive search), with a deep understanding of operational perspectives and the requirements of roles and candidates
- Strategic foresight to grow the business development segment
