About the role
- Associate Director supporting the growth of the Maschinen- und Anlagenbau segment at KEYPLAYER Interim Management, focused on key position placements and client management.
Responsibilities
- Support the Director, Machinery and Plant Engineering, in building and expanding the segment
- Develop innovative ideas for a structured approach to the segment
- Acquire new clients for filling key positions
- Manage existing clients and develop key accounts
- Lead placement processes for national and international mandates
- Collaborate with research specialists and conduct interviews with candidates, interim managers and clients
- Serve as a brand ambassador for KEYPLAYER within the segment
- Support the Director in recruiting additional advisors

- Several years of hands-on professional experience in the machinery and plant engineering industry or in a consulting firm with a comparable industry focus
