About the role

  • System Administrator managing ticketing systems for transportation solutions. Collaborating on software updates and maintaining operational documentation with a focus on mobility.

Responsibilities

  • Handle production ticketing incidents escalated at level 2 (diagnosis, reproduction, escalation to level 3)
  • Provide technical support for test deployments and production releases of ticketing software applications (preparation and delivery of software packages)
  • Provide technical support for migrations of test or production environments
  • Write and maintain operational technical documentation
  • Write and maintain procedures

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent
  • Initial experience in the railway sector and/or in ticketing
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Zendesk (or equivalent) and Squash
  • Knowledge of application project management and application acceptance testing
  • Analytical mindset, responsive, good communication skills, autonomy
