Responsibilities

  • As an Opener, you are the engine of the sales organization.
  • You lead the way and make sure the process runs smoothly.
  • You are the first point of contact and set the standard.
  • With you, everyone knows where they stand.
  • You proactively take the lead in initial contacts and bring structure to the process.
  • Qualify prospects — by system, not by gut feeling.
  • Schedule appointments for the Sales Managers.
  • Provide seamless and reliable support.
  • Maintain the CRM — accurate and tidy. You ensure order.

Requirements

  • You have at least a completed commercial vocational training.
  • Ideally, prior experience in the insurance sector.
  • Ideally, prior experience in sales.
  • Very good German language skills.
