About the role

  • Key Account Manager in real estate financing developing partnerships for Sparkassen. Working remote with regional support in Nordbayern, Hessen, and Thüringen.

Responsibilities

  • Sales and client development
  • With your understanding of mortgage financing and digital platforms, you will sustainably develop partnerships with Sparkassen (savings banks)
  • You will strategically place our product portfolio around mortgage financing, digitalization and platform solutions in the market
  • You will build stable, long-term relationships with Sparkassen in Northern Bavaria, Hesse and Thuringia and support new partners in the successful implementation of our FINMAS platform
  • Product & market analysis
  • You actively monitor market trends in your region, derive strategic recommendations and further develop the product positioning for our partners
  • Digitalization consulting
  • You support savings banks in transforming their mortgage financing processes — from sales strategy to process optimization
  • Network management & knowledge transfer
  • You organize and moderate regional exchange sessions, workshops and events to share knowledge, trends and best practices

Requirements

  • Completed training in the banking/financial services sector or a degree with a focus on finance
  • Several years of professional experience in sales, ideally within the Sparkassen system or financial services environment
  • Very good understanding of the German mortgage financing market
  • Strong communicator with a confident manner and enjoyment of customer contact
  • Proof of professional competence under §34i GewO is present or willingness to obtain it while employed with us
  • Self-organized, proactive and experienced in mobile/remote work
