About the role

  • Key Account Manager in insurance and claims management at FIO. Driving digital transformation while managing key accounts and relationships in the insurance sector.

Responsibilities

  • New customer acquisition targeting insurance brokers, housing companies, and insurers
  • Presenting the FIO claims management platform
  • Analyzing customer needs and developing tailored sales solutions
  • Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
  • Close collaboration with the marketing and product teams
  • Representing FIO at trade shows, events, and industry conferences

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training in the insurance sector (e.g., insurance and finance clerk) or equivalent qualification
  • Several years of experience in the insurance sector (preferably in property/casualty insurance and/or claims management)
  • Experience in consultative B2B sales
  • Knowledge of the relevant target groups (insurance brokers, insurers)
  • Confident and persuasive communication skills
  • Ability to explain technical content clearly
  • Team spirit and self-initiative
  • Analytical thinking and solid technical understanding
  • Willingness to travel as required
  • Native-level German and good command of English
