About the role
- Consultant providing corporate financing solutions, joining a team focused on strategic financing in Stuttgart. Engaging in client interactions, financial analysis and project collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Development and structuring of financing concepts
- Support in identifying suitable public funding opportunities and preparing complex applications for subsidised loans and grants
- Participation in strategic company analyses
- Evaluation and analysis of annual financial statements and other business/financial documents
- Preparation of business cases containing all decision-relevant information for banks and funding institutions regarding the company, market and financing project
- Preparation for and participation in client meetings and negotiations with funding bodies and financing partners through to implementation/disbursement
Requirements
- You have completed banking-related training and have several years' experience in the corporate client business of a financial institution — whether in client advisory, the credit department/operations, or credit analysis — and now want to apply this background specifically in corporate financing
- You are interested in corporate/structured finance and want to deepen your know-how in this area — particularly in dealing with complex financing and subsidised funding models
- You have a good understanding of economic interrelations and can quickly familiarise yourself with new topics and industries
- With your analytical skills you can structure complex issues clearly and present them persuasively — both in presentations and in client conversations
- You are communicative, committed and enjoy working in a team — at the same time you tackle tasks independently and with a solution-oriented approach
- Confident use of MS Office (particularly Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel) completes your profile
