Responsibilities
SEO (primary focus): Develop and implement a holistic SEO strategy (on-page, technical, off-page)
Build scalable structures for B2B lead generation
Keyword and intent analyses across complex customer journeys
Optimize site architecture, internal linking and content
Collaborate with tech teams (Core Web Vitals, crawling, indexing, structured data)
Define KPIs, set up tracking and drive continuous optimization
B2B link building & authority: Acquire high-quality backlinks in the SaaS/B2B environment
Identify relevant platforms and partnerships
Increase domain authority
Search Ads (Google & Microsoft): Plan, manage and optimize campaigns
Responsible for budget and performance (e.g., CPL, conversion rate)
Integrate SEO and paid data
Further develop tracking & attribution (GA4)
Local SEO (plus): Optimize local visibility (Google Business Profile, NAP)
Build local landing pages and manage reviews
AI visibility (forward-looking): Monitor AI search trends
Implement initial optimizations for generative search environments
Requirements
Several years of hands-on SEO experience (agency or in-house)
Proven experience generating B2B leads through SEO
Experience with Google Ads; Microsoft Ads is a plus
Proficient with tools such as GA4, Search Console, SEMrush, Sistrix or Screaming Frog
Analytical, structured and independent working style
