About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own responsibility for visibility and performance across GEO, SEO and product detail pages
  • Build efficient, AI-supported content and marketing processes from concept to implementation across teams
  • Manage GEO, SEO and product detail pages
  • Develop data-driven customer journeys and conversion funnels
  • Continuously optimize websites, landing pages and product detail pages
  • Ensure quality assurance for all digital content, including drafting and approving ad copy and posts
  • Analyze performance based on relevant KPIs and derive optimizations
  • Establish AI workflows for research, copywriting and content optimization
  • Ensure a consistent brand presence in collaboration with Marketing and Product Management

Requirements

  • Proven experience in SEO/GEO, content and conversion optimization
  • Data-driven working methods and experience designing customer journeys and funnels
  • Experience improving and developing websites, landing pages and product detail pages
  • Confident use of common SEO, web analytics and tracking tools
  • Strong editorial skills for target-group-oriented, German-language, conversion-focused copy
  • Proficient with AI tools, developing efficient workflows and training teams
  • Structured, independent working style with strong execution skills
  • Ability to collaborate professionally with diverse stakeholders
