About the role
- Controller managing financial planning and reporting for KAIFU-NORDLAND eG. Involved in budgeting, analysis, and development of financial management practices.
Responsibilities
- Assist with budgetary, business and financial planning, ongoing actual-vs.-plan analyses and forecasts
- Prepare profitability analyses
- Support the development and maintenance of a meaningful KPI system
- Assist in preparing reports, (management) reports and decision papers for various corporate bodies
- Support and manage financings (e.g., bank loans, subsidy programs, KfW programs) and handle real estate/land matters in coordination with other departments
- Support the establishment and further development of a systematic risk management framework
- Assist with interim and annual closing and financial statement work
Requirements
- Degree in business administration, ideally with a focus on controlling, finance or real estate management
- Initial experience in controlling, finance or accounting
- Confident user of MS Excel and Power BI
- Basic knowledge of Jedox and ERP systems (e.g., Wodis Yuneo, SAP or similar)
