Sales Planning/Outsource Coordinator managing strategic planning and vendor coordination for product planning. Ensuring effective collaboration between sales, procurement, and operations teams to meet business objectives.
Responsibilities
Sales Forecasting & Planning: Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales forecasts, align production with demand, and establish realistic sales targets
Liaison with HQ: Acts as the primary point of contact between HQ and AFCO
Sales Data Analysis: Analyze sales performance, trends, and patterns
Inventory & Resource Allocation: Work with the supply chain and inventory teams
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaison between sales, operations, and finance teams
Oversight of sales management tools, CRM systems, and forecasting software
Execute and continuously refine processes to improve sales planning
Develop and track KPIs for outsourcing partners
Maintain strong relationships with external outsourcing partners
Assess and mitigate risks associated with outsourcing partnerships
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Sales, or related field is preferred, but not required
3+ years of experience in sales planning, supply chain management, and/or outsourcing coordination
Experience working with vendors and external partners in an outsourcing capacity
Familiarity with sales forecasting tools, CRM, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software
Strong project management and organizational skills
Excellent communication and liaison skills
Negotiation and contract literacy
Analytical and data-driven skills
Problem-solving and escalation handling skills
Advanced-level Microsoft Office Suite with a focus on Excel
