Responsibilities
Responsible for the strategic development and scaling of influencer and content strategies for our diverse clients
Close collaboration with internal teams such as Account Management, Creative and Paid Media
Creation of the strategic layout of content plans and creative quality control of vertical videos
Responsible for sourcing, negotiating and closing the right influencers and creators for our brands — from micro to macro
Handling strategic budget planning and allocation for creator campaigns
Continuous process optimization, establishment of best practices and identification of action areas
Responsible for building and maintaining long-term creator partnerships and management relationships
Requirements
Several years of hands-on experience in influencer and content marketing, ideally at an agency or management company
Proven experience in both functional and disciplinary leadership of employees
Deep understanding of common KPIs in influencer and content marketing
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to persuade stakeholders—fluent in German and English
Highly autonomous, strategic, and organized with a structured way of working
Intimate knowledge of platform dynamics and algorithms and continuously up-to-date with the latest trends
Experience leading a team
Strong network in the creator and management scene is a plus
