About the role

  • AI Solutions Consultant responsible for understanding client processes and evaluating AI integration opportunities. Conducting workshops and building partnerships while developing high-level AI concepts.

Responsibilities

  • As an AI Solutions Consultant, you are the crucial interface between our clients and our technical teams
  • You understand the business processes of our enterprise clients
  • Evaluate technical options for AI integration and translate complex requirements into actionable high-level concepts
  • Lead management: qualify and develop leads into sustainable partnerships
  • Client interaction: conduct needs assessments and deliver presentations, demonstrations and workshops – remote and on-site
  • Process analysis: perform in-depth analysis and gain a deep understanding of complex client business processes
  • Solution design: assess technical feasibility and develop AI solution approaches
  • Contract management: prepare pricing, negotiate contracts and close deals
  • Tender management: identify and respond to public tenders using AI tools
  • Strategy development: actively contribute to shaping our market positioning and further developing our sales and product strategies
  • Network building: establish and maintain a relevant industry network (events, trade shows, LinkedIn)

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training or degree (preferably in IT, Business Informatics, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field)
  • Professional experience in sales, IT consulting or software development is desirable
  • Ideally experience selling B2B software, SaaS or custom software development services
  • Solid technical understanding of software development and current artificial intelligence technologies
  • Strong methodological sales skills or willingness to develop them
  • Ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly and persuasively to business stakeholders up to C-level
  • Analytical thinking and strong process understanding
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Negotiation skills, proven ability to close deals and a high degree of personal responsibility
  • Team-player mentality and enthusiasm for collaboration with Marketing, Engineering and Product teams
  • Very good German and ideally English skills, both written and spoken
  • Willingness to travel for client appointments
