About the role
- Senior Supplier Quality Engineer at Jungheinrich managing supplier quality processes and maturity level assurance. Collaborating internationally for intralogistics solutions with a focus on quality assurance.
Responsibilities
- Implementation of the initial sample complaint process up to SOP
- Control and monitoring of special releases up to SOP and 6 months after SOP
- Planning, initialization, control and monitoring of maturity level assurance according to prioritization of the parts tracking list
- Control and monitoring of external change requests up to SOP and 6 months after SOP
- Carrying out process audits (element 2, 3, 4) as part of maturity level assurance (component acceptance, Run@Rate)
- Support in and further development of the supplier selection process
- Processing of assigned PPAP chapters
Requirements
- Technical studies
- 5-10 years of relevant professional experience (ideally automotive)
- Quality methods (e.g. 8D, Ishikawa, APQP, PPAP, FMEA Moderation, Six Sigma and relevant experience in lean production (e.g. value stream mapping, maturity level assurance))
- Trained VDA 6.3 auditors
- Specialist knowledge of manufacturing processes specific to product groups experiences in design to manufacture
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- High willingness to travel (national / international)
