About the role

Responsibilities
- Drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documents, and conducting legal research, primarily in the areas of pharmaceuticals, marketing, and data protection
- Conducting legal reviews of marketing campaigns and new product concepts
- Developing strategies to mitigate legal risks across all business areas and preparing concise briefings for senior management
- Establishing efficient legal processes and frameworks
- Collaborating with external counsel, regulatory authorities, nonprofit organizations, and industry associations
Requirements
- Completed law degree or equivalent legal qualification in Germany, ideally with a focus on pharmaceutical law, advertising law, and data protection
- Strong experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, and providing legal advice to companies in the pharmaceutical or broader healthcare sector
- Confident and professional interaction with authorities, regulators, and external advisors, with excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Independent, structured working style and the ability to present complex legal issues clearly, concisely, and accessibly
