About the role
- Software Architect focusing on AI at Join, creating integrated AI architectures and collaborating on innovative tech projects. Engage with cross-functional teams to optimize AI implementations.
Responsibilities
- Support the design and implementation of AI architectures integrated with enterprise systems (Java + Oracle);
- Participate in identifying AI use cases with business stakeholders;
- Prototype and validate AI solutions (Machine Learning, NLP, LLMs) applied to real-world problems;
- Develop and maintain data pipelines and production models;
- Ensure best practices for security, governance, and scalability;
- Collaborate with back-end, data, and business teams;
- Document solutions and support the dissemination of AI best practices across the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field;
- 6+ years of experience in software architecture and/or AI engineering;
- Experience with Python and AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or similar);
- Experience integrating APIs and microservices;
- Knowledge of relational databases (Oracle) and handling large volumes of data;
- Experience with Linux environments and version control using Git.
- Desired:
- Hands-on experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, etc.);
- Familiarity with generative AI / LLMs (OpenAI, Hugging Face, Vertex AI, etc.);
- Experience with Java or integrating AI into legacy systems;
- Experience working on public sector projects.
