About the role

• Software Architect focusing on AI at Join, creating integrated AI architectures and collaborating on innovative tech projects. Engage with cross-functional teams to optimize AI implementations.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and implementation of AI architectures integrated with enterprise systems (Java + Oracle);
• Participate in identifying AI use cases with business stakeholders;
• Prototype and validate AI solutions (Machine Learning, NLP, LLMs) applied to real-world problems;
• Develop and maintain data pipelines and production models;
• Ensure best practices for security, governance, and scalability;
• Collaborate with back-end, data, and business teams;
• Document solutions and support the dissemination of AI best practices across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field;
• 6+ years of experience in software architecture and/or AI engineering;
• Experience with Python and AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or similar);
• Experience integrating APIs and microservices;
• Knowledge of relational databases (Oracle) and handling large volumes of data;
• Experience with Linux environments and version control using Git.
• Desired:
• Hands-on experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, etc.);
• Familiarity with generative AI / LLMs (OpenAI, Hugging Face, Vertex AI, etc.);
• Experience with Java or integrating AI into legacy systems;
• Experience working on public sector projects.
