Responsibilities
Support major bids by reviewing technical solutions, identifying gaps and risks, and ensuring proposals meet customer and compliance requirements.
Work closely with design managers, engineers and bid teams to coordinate accurate and controlled technical information.
Manage the flow of sensitive documentation across teams, ensuring secure handling, correct naming conventions and audit-ready standards.
Maintain document control processes and support uploads to client platforms such as ASite and Aconex.
Coordinate mandatory training, certification updates and competency records across the Fire & Security design team.
Support continuous improvement across documentation, processes and team capability.
Requirements
Proven Fire & Security industry experience and strong understanding of core products, systems and design principles.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Strong IT skills, especially with documentation management and project collaboration platforms.
Ability to manage confidential information with integrity.
Confident communicator with strong coordination skills across multiple teams.
Proactive, solutions-driven mindset suited to a fast-paced environment.
Ability to hold or obtain BPSS, CTC and SC clearances.
