Quality and Risk Manager for healthcare organization coordinating audits and project management. Evaluating and developing quality and risk management across multiple healthcare facilities in Germany.
Responsibilities
Support the coordination, evaluation and further development of the existing quality and risk management across our network
Organize and support related projects, both centrally and locally within our facilities
Plan, organize and conduct internal and external audits
Analyze quality indicators (external quality assurance, IQM, incidents), prepare findings and present results in an audience-appropriate manner
Implement and further develop our central document control and the central CIRS (Critical Incident Reporting System)
Collaborate with decentralized quality and risk management staff, including planning and conducting joint events and workshops
Provide advisory support to our clinics on quality and risk management
Requirements
Completed degree in a healthcare-related field: medicine, nursing or healthcare/health management, or a comparable qualification
Ideally a basic vocational qualification in the healthcare sector
Experience in quality and risk management is desirable
Certification as an internal auditor and/or clinical risk manager is an advantage
Strong communication and facilitation skills
Willingness to travel occasionally to our facilities (approximately 20% of working time)
Analytical mindset and a structured, results-oriented, independent working style
Excellent German language skills (native level or at least C2); English skills advantageous
