About the role
- Quality and Risk Manager for healthcare organization coordinating audits and project management. Evaluating and developing quality and risk management across multiple healthcare facilities in Germany.
Responsibilities
- Support the coordination, evaluation and further development of the existing quality and risk management across our network
- Organize and support related projects, both centrally and locally within our facilities
- Plan, organize and conduct internal and external audits
- Analyze quality indicators (external quality assurance, IQM, incidents), prepare findings and present results in an audience-appropriate manner
- Implement and further develop our central document control and the central CIRS (Critical Incident Reporting System)
- Collaborate with decentralized quality and risk management staff, including planning and conducting joint events and workshops
- Provide advisory support to our clinics on quality and risk management
Requirements
- Completed degree in a healthcare-related field: medicine, nursing or healthcare/health management, or a comparable qualification
- Ideally a basic vocational qualification in the healthcare sector
- Experience in quality and risk management is desirable
- Certification as an internal auditor and/or clinical risk manager is an advantage
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Willingness to travel occasionally to our facilities (approximately 20% of working time)
- Analytical mindset and a structured, results-oriented, independent working style
- Excellent German language skills (native level or at least C2); English skills advantageous
