Responsibilities
Planning and coordination of worldwide service, repair and maintenance operations for lifeboats and davits for German and international naval projects
Repair planning and coordination as well as technical support for service technicians
Preparation of technical documentation such as service and repair reports in German and English
Coordination and communication with customers, subcontractors and our technical department
Telephone and written customer support
Expansion of our service/repair/maintenance business area for lifeboats / davits / access systems of naval vessels
Administrative tasks within the scope of responsibilities (order processing and invoicing)
Requirements
Completed advanced training as a master craftsman (Meister), or technician in shipbuilding, boatbuilding or plant engineering, or an equivalent qualification
Initial professional experience as a service manager and/or with naval projects desirable but not mandatory
Proficient knowledge of PPS systems (production planning/scheduling systems) and good MS Office skills
Spoken and written English skills
Strong customer orientation, entrepreneurial and team-oriented mindset, good communication skills, and a flexible, solution-focused approach
