- Responsibility for a defined asset portfolio in the Eastern region
- Ensure claim management and independently conduct negotiations
- Support ensuring operations are compliant with permits/authorizations
- Contract management, including monitoring contract terms and durations
- Prepare performance analyses (e.g., availability, downtime) and develop optimization measures
- Review and approve invoices
- Point of contact for partners, authorities, landowners, grid operators and other stakeholders
- Monthly reporting for the portfolio
- Analyze regulatory frameworks and industry trends and identify required actions
- Contribute to the further development and digitalization of asset management
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in wind energy
- Solid knowledge of wind turbine technology and contract/claim management
- Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel
- Assertiveness, negotiation skills and strong analytical abilities
- Team player with strong communication skills and initiative
- Structured and organized working style
- Willingness to travel and a valid driving license (Class B; BE advantageous)
- Fluent German and English (business-level proficiency)
