Responsibilities
Project management and coordination of new build and renovation projects in a hospital environment
Project planning, cost and schedule monitoring, and quality assurance
Preparation of reports and decision papers
Interface management between internal specialist departments and external architects, planning firms, authorities and contractors
Support for public tenders and negotiated procurement procedures, including negotiation processes
Risk management and development of appropriate measures to secure the project
Ensuring compliance with all relevant standards, guidelines and legal requirements
Management of project communication and regular reporting to the Head of Construction and Technical Services
Requirements
Degree in architecture, civil engineering or a comparable qualification
Several years (min. 3 years) of professional experience coordinating complex construction projects, ideally in the hospital or healthcare sector
Solid knowledge of AHO booklet No. 9, HOAI, VOB, procurement law and building regulations
Strong organizational and communication skills and excellent German language skills (C1 level)
Confident use of MS Office applications
Assertiveness, a strong sense of responsibility and a structured way of working
Willingness to travel as required by construction projects
