  • Territory Sales Manager driving sales through distribution and achieving revenue targets in Gujarat. Establishing a distribution footprint and managing promoters for market leadership.

Responsibilities

  • manage and drive sales through distribution to attain market leadership
  • establish a Best-in-Class distribution footprint
  • deliver sales target for all products
  • drive secondaries through Mass Retail distribution
  • monitor quality of acquisition
  • ensure stock availability at retail
  • execute promotional activities for channel partners
  • achieve zonal revenue target across all products
  • achieve retail expansion targets through increase in outlets
  • monitor DSE availability and stock holding
  • conduct day to day performance review and discussions

Requirements

  • Graduation - Regular
  • post - graduation in business management/MBA
  • work ex: 5-7 years
  • Experience with distribution planning and channel implementation.
