Responsibilities
- Support the Trading IT ETRM Platform and Operations team for business-critical ETRM applications
- Work as an IT cloud infrastructure specialist within an international team
- Continuously improve IT infrastructure operations across the application landscape
- Coordinate third-party vendors as well as internal and external teams
- Use modern tools for operational monitoring of the IT infrastructure
- Assist in conducting disaster recovery, security tabletop, and penetration tests
- Detect operational infrastructure issues through analysis of system behavior and performance
- Develop operational solutions by defining and analyzing procedures and processes
- Support system audit activities
- Apply and further develop Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Access, Release, and Deployment management in daily work
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of professional experience in similar roles such as Application Management, IT Operations Analyst, or ETRM Analyst
- Experience operating cloud-based applications (particularly Azure)
- Experience collaborating internally with external service providers
- Broad and in-depth knowledge of end-to-end IT application support
- Solid practical experience in application support, issue, and incident management
- Knowledge of IT operations, including ITIL
- Excellent analytical skills
- Ability to understand problems holistically and to investigate and resolve them independently
- Experience in a trading IT environment and a good understanding of ETRM systems such as ION OpenLink are advantageous
- Fluent English is required; additional language skills are a plus
