- In-depth knowledge of change management or reform, with experience integrating multiple programs
- Strong stakeholder collaboration and leadership skills to effectively work with government ministers, senior executives, industry leaders, and local councils
- Proven ability to translate strategic initiatives into executable projects with measurable outcomes
