About the role
- Consultant Odoo optimizing business processes for major sector clients in Nantes. Engage users, deploy solutions, and ensure optimal performance with Odoo ERP.
Responsibilities
- Support a leading company in the tertiary sector in transforming and optimizing its business processes
- Act as the bridge between users' complex functional needs and the capabilities of the Odoo platform
- Lead requirements-gathering workshops and write detailed functional specifications
- Configure and deploy target modules while ensuring the overall coherence of the ERP solution
- Support change management through user training and post-deployment support
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis within the Odoo ecosystem
- Deep knowledge of business processes (Finance, Supply Chain or HR)
- Significant experience in a consulting firm or with an Open Source solutions integrator
- Ability to challenge business requirements to propose standardized, sustainable solutions
- English language skills are a plus
