Responsibilities
Study and analyze client needs as the primary point of contact between business teams and IT systems integration teams
Support project governance in an AMOA capacity, ensuring scoping and feasibility studies of proposed solutions
Plan and estimate workloads with technical teams using traditional (V-model) or agile (Scrum, SAFe, etc.) approaches
Design application features and provide functional support to developers; prepare and execute test and user acceptance (UAT) phases; support users and collect and analyze improvement requests
Contribute to internal initiatives, participate in pre-sales activities, and mentor junior consultants
Requirements
Degree in business, management, computer science, or a related field
At least 5 years' prior experience in a functional role with solid sector expertise (transport operators, transport authorities — AOT)
Nice to have: expertise in CMMS (GMAO), HR, procurement, and ESG
Interest in the rail sector and soft/sustainable mobility
Consultative/service-oriented approach, proactive attitude, entrepreneurial spirit, and team-oriented mindset
Excellent writing and presentation skills, with strong analytical and synthesis abilities
Operational level of English (B2 or higher)
