About the role
- Business Analyst Odoo optimizing business processes for major clients at Smile. Collaborating with clients to translate complex needs into effective Odoo solutions and ensuring user training and support.
Responsibilities
- Support our large enterprise clients in transforming and optimizing their business processes
- Bridge complex user functional requirements and the capabilities of the Odoo platform
- Lead requirements-gathering workshops and write detailed functional specifications
- Configure and deploy target modules while ensuring the overall consistency of the ERP solution
- Drive change management through user training and post-deployment support
Requirements
- 5+ years of business analysis experience within the Odoo ecosystem
- Strong expertise in business processes (Finance, Supply Chain, or HR)
- Significant experience in a consulting firm or with an Open Source solutions integrator
- Ability to challenge business requirements and propose standardized, sustainable solutions
- English language skills are a plus
