About the role

  • Consultant(e) Assurance BtoB managing qualified client insurance needs for entrepreneurs. Engineer custom insurance solutions without cold calling.

Responsibilities

  • You will work with pre-qualified clients from our various Business Units (no cold calling)
  • Develop a portfolio of professional clients and business leaders, particularly during company formation
  • Assess prospects' insurance needs (interviews, analysis, risk assessment)
  • Prepare offer comparisons and enter pricing
  • Present appropriate insurance solutions while fulfilling advisory duties
  • Support the client in their decision-making
  • If the client agrees: subscribe contracts and manage payment of premiums
  • P&C contract types: Professional Liability, Commercial Multi-risk, Ten-year Liability; Social protection: Self-employed health insurance (TNS) / Group health insurance, Income protection, Business expense insurance

Requirements

  • You have initial experience in insurance, brokerage or B2B advisory
  • You are comfortable working with professional clients, independents and business leaders
  • You can analyze needs, make persuasive recommendations and propose tailored solutions
  • You are rigorous, organized and customer-satisfaction oriented
  • You appreciate digital, innovative and high-growth environments
