About the role

  • Strategic Project Manager driving key strategic initiatives at Indy, focusing on cross-functional projects and impactful business outcomes. Collaborating closely with various teams to ensure project success.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development and management of key strategic projects for Indy
  • Collaborate with business teams to define strategy and required action plans
  • Ensure the design, deployment, and successful delivery of projects
  • Communicate regularly on project progress, challenges, and priorities

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in consulting or in project management/strategy within a startup or scale-up environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid analytical skills and a willingness to work with Business Intelligence tools
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and break down silos
  • Fast understanding of business challenges and the ability to identify opportunities
