Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of top sellers, driving performance through key marketplace levers (promotions, visibility, ads, inventory, etc.).
Provide strategic guidance to help clients reach their business objectives and maximize sales.
Analyze performance data (sales, traffic, conversions) to identify growth opportunities.
Work closely with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Support to improve account performance.
Build long-term, trust-based relationships that ensure high client satisfaction and retention.
Implement visibility, optimization, and advertising strategies to enhance seller results.
Prepare performance reports with insights, recommendations, and action plans.
Requirements
At least 4 years of experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, FMCG, or retail.
Strong commercial, analytical, interpersonal, and relational skills.
Highly organized, results-driven, and proactive with strong ownership.
High English level and fluency in Spanish (spoken and written).
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
