Responsibilities
Understand the Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine business priorities and support IM Procurement Category Leaders to support strategies that advance those priorities
Collaborate with business partners to ensure Procurement strategies are adopted within the business
Identify business area specific industry trends that Procurement must build into its category strategies to ensure sustainable relevance to the business
Support strategic sourcing events and negotiations
Provide analytical support to team members
Deliver against performance targets for the Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine Procurement organization in the role’s areas of responsibility, and ensure target achievement
Requirements
Bachelors Degree, MBA or further advanced degree is desirable
Business acumen – the ability to understand challenges through the eyes of the regional business leaders
Influencing skills – the ability to persuade others to change behavior in pursuit of a common goal
Leadership and collaboration skills with peers
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to confidently present complex information
